Password Requirements

The password must be 8 or more characters long and contain at least 3 of the following 4 characters:

  • An uppercase letter
  • A lowercase letter
  • A number
  • A special character: !@#$%^&*

Password Security Tips

  1. Avoid Common Information: Don’t use easily guessable information like your name, birthdate, common phrases, or consecutive numbers.
  2. Be Unique: Do not reuse a password associated with other website accounts.
  3. Avoid Dictionary Words: Avoid using whole words that can be found in dictionaries, as automated tools can easily guess common words.

How to Find Your Username

To recover your username, go to Forgot username/password and enter your email address. You'll receive an email containing your account's username, along with a password reset link.

Not sure which login to use?

Enter your email address on the Username/Password Recovery and select Reset Password. If there is an account associated with your email address, you will receive your login information and password reset link.
